CASE STUDY: Bilateral Knee Osteoarthritis

Belgian Malinois bilateral knee osteoarthritis - June 2025On June 18, 2025, a 10-year-old, spayed, female Belgian Malinois presented with bilateral knee osteoarthritis. Lameness and pain were reported for several months. Patient had received PRP and stem cell injections previously with no reported improvement. At the discretion of the veterinarian, the PRP and stem cell injections were repeated with 1.0 cc of AlphaFlo® administered via bilateral knee intra-articular and 1.0 cc intraperitoneal.
