On June 18, 2025, a 10-year-old, spayed, female Belgian Malinois presented with bilateral knee osteoarthritis. Lameness and pain were reported for several months. Patient had received PRP and stem cell injections previously with no reported improvement. At the discretion of the veterinarian, the PRP and stem cell injections were repeated with 1.0 cc of AlphaFlo® administered via bilateral knee intra-articular and 1.0 cc intraperitoneal.
On June 26, 2025, significant improvement was reported within a week by the owner.
On October 25, 2025, 1.0 cc of AlphaFlo® via bilateral knee intra-articular and 1.0 cc intraperitoneal were administered alone, and the patient has been reportedly doing great since.
